SHIIPING NOTES & TERMS
- Vitajuwel Indoensia offers free delivery within Indonesia for purchases above IDR 3,000,000.
- We will process your order within 24 (twenty) Hours on a standard workday week and aim to ship within 2 (two) business week days.
- We will notify you via email or Whatsapp the tracking code of the courier service
- For purchase below IDR 3,000,000 rates are pass through our courier partner based on your request of standard or express shipping, we will provide you the shipping cost for your decision
- We aim to ship out from our side within 2 (two) business week days, actual arrival date and time will depend on the shipping mode you have chosen
- Orders before 2:00 pm are process the same day, orders after 2:00 pm are processed the next day
- Please provide us with your full information covering name, email, phone number, delivery address, alternate phone number if available to ease communication of delivery
- Shipping is processed only after receiving proof of payment
- Please ensure delivery address is a physical address where there ill be someone to sign for your item(s), we cannot deliver to a PO Box

- Please note, most couriers ship to residential and office areas only
- For International customers, please note: Taxes and Duties are the responsibility of the buyer, which depends on the country the items are being shipped to, the total value of the order, we are obliged to reflect the true price of purchase excluding shipping cost. For International orders we use the service of DHL Express service
- Insurance is not provided.You are required to have insurance due to Fragile Shipment, please contact us first prior to your purchase and will provide the cost quoted by the courier service
- We only allow exchange, no refunds or no cancellations.
- For product arrival issues, please immediately within 24 (twenty four) hours upon inspection at receipt, contact VitaJuwel Indonesia directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of any product arrival issues, if after 24 (twenty four) hours of receipt we do no recieve notification of issues, it is deemed that the shipment arrived at your premise in good condition.
- For exchanges, our policy lasts 7 (seven) days from reciept, if after 7 (seven) days from reciept have gone by, we cannot offer any exchange. For exchanges, customer is fully responsible for the shipment to and fro the destiation. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need to include the original packaging in good condition. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For exchange address please contact us at email@example.com.

- There are certain situations where only exchanges are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Exchanges are subject to avialable stock and may require pre-order period.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, please allow stock avialability and shipment time to run its due course.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on the courier you use, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are shipping back a VitaJuwel item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
